Here is the selection results for INSEF Regional Fair (Noida) to be held on December 2nd , 2014 (8am to 5.30 pm) Venue: Amity University, Noida Congratulations to all selected participants & guides. All the Best for INSEF! 1. Participants and guides are expected to arrive at 8.00am on 2nd December & setup their stall. Student orientation will start at 9.30am. Followed by judging. 2. Here is the Display measurements are: http://sciencesociety.in/insef_display.png Please note, the display measurement mentioned is max, you could reduce the size if you wish, based on your convenience. For example you could reduce the height to 2.5ft or 3 ft based on your convenience. You must get your own Cardboard display. (You could take a large packing box or refrigerator pack card board and cut appropriately for display). Flex is not compulsory, paper print is good as well. No large school banners or sticking on the wall will be allowed. The display must vertically stand on the table – this is done by bending left and right panel. 3. For safety reasons, No heating element, toxic substance, acids or any thing that is unsafe will be allowed. 3. If your name is listed in two projects you must let the organizers know which project you are selecting. This should be done by November 7th – inform via email info@sciencesociety.in 5. Projects who have done human experiments & are selected – must edit their abstracts & remove references to human experiments. They must support the Experiments with scientific tests/evidence. SSI does not authorize any human experiments what so ever. 6. No name changes/ addition/deletion are allowed.
