INSEF Online Judging Time Slots

Please note that the Finalists Judging will be held on Sunday, 10th January 2021 (morning slots & evening slots)
1. You will need to join the google meet on your respective time slots and leave the meeting when done.

3. Each project will get a maximum of 3 minutes time to present their project followed by a maximum 10-minutes Q&A session.
4. During the meeting participants will need to turn on their camera and present their project. The participant can also optionally share their presentation screen. Please plan & make your arrangements accordingly.
5. All the judges will collectively attend the session and evaluate the projects. So the participants will present the project only once.
6. The judging session will be a private event and not open to the general
public. So during the presentation of a particular project only the project participants must be present. Guides should not be present during the judging session or even prompt the answers.
7. Note that a project will not be admitted until the previous project's judging is completed. There is a chance that we may be running late, so you need to check the status by clicking the Judging status link (given below) and based on the status join the meeting.
