| We would like you to stay with us and enjoy the INSEF experience. | ||||||||||||
| 1. In a room one queen size bed will be provided, there will be no provision for getting an extra bed from the hotel authorities. Space will be there. | ||||||||||||
| 2. Note that if we book accommodation for you and you do not use it then there will be a penalty and charges applied. | ||||||||||||
| 3. If you want to stay with your friends and relative in Bangalore then you must let us know to cancel your booking by 20th December 2024. Send email to sciencesocietyindia@gmail.com and WhatsApp to 9902401476 | ||||||||||||
| 4. If you are staying on 11th January 2025 then it is mandatory for the participant to be with the team outing, otherwise charges will apply for 11th stay and beyond. | ||||||||||||
