Please note the following: (updated)

1. Participants must send an updated abstract to ni2@yahoo.com by 20^st December for SSI review. After which you will be provided a project code that can be used to register at I-SWEEEP.

2. Please apply for passport immediately.

3. I-SWEEEP will be held between May 8^th to May 13^th . For more details go to http://isweeep.org

4. SSI does not have the sufficient funds to sponsor your visa & travel. Please look for sponsorship within your local reach.

5. SSI will also try its best to get sponsorship but we cannot guarantee any sponsorship.

6. One person as recommended by SSI will travel with the team as a Team leader. Tickets will be booked as one group & the team will travel together.

7. Any questions regarding I-SWEEEP should be forwarded to us instead of directly contacting I-SWEEEP organizers.
