INSEF National Fair
We are happy to announce that INSEF National Fair 2024-25 will be held in Bangalore at Vagdevi Vilas School, Marathahalli, BangaloreThe dates are:
Arrival : January 10, 2025 (hotel checkin after 12pm)
Fair Date : January 11, 2025 (9am to 6pm - with Valedictory, physical presence mandatory)
Field Trip: January 12, 2025 (not mandatory, but we would be happy if you can stay) visit to HAL Aerospace Museum and Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum till 6pm, you can leave early if you have a train/flight to catch
Departure: January 13, 2025 (hotel checkout time 11am)

2. It is mandatory for all the participants/guides to join the WhatsApp group - see the details below in the "Previous Update" on how to join the WhatsApp group section.
Previous Update:
1. For booking the accommodation, all the outstation (outside Bangalore) INSEF National Fair 2024-25 participants who are qualified and arriving to Bangalore must fill out this form: Click here to see the arrival/departure form
2. Those who are arriving from outstation and planning to make their own arrangements must inform by sending email to sciencesocietyindia@gmail.com otherwise no judging will be done for your project
3. Those who are qualified but not arriving to INSEF National Fair must inform by sending email to sciencesocietyindia@gmail.com - not doing so will result in future disqualification
4. All INSEF National Fair participants/guides are expected to join this WhatsApp group for quick communication: Click here to join the WhatsApp Group
